Still have as I write this and really don't want to go back to the hospital.

I've been taking a 50 mg tablet of zinc chased with 3-4 ounces of Tonic Water (quinine water) every day for about two weeks - since I was exposed. So far I'm OK.

My poll experiment is complete. By acting like (in my opinion) everyone else does when sick in the past, the get knocked down a peg votes are climbing. From an anthropological aspect, it's interesting.

For nearly two decades, people at work got the flu, come on into work and leave early so you spread it. Go to the store, sneeze and cough with no cover, spread it as much as possible. I have firmly believed that murder by flu (and other diseases) has been committed since the plague. I believe that all those deaths every year from the flu could be prevented by people taking precautions.

Herd immunity is a joke. It's actually culling like we're herd animals.

If we learn nothing else from this episode, it is that. That and tyranny is only a heartbeat away.

Also, take zinc and an iron supplement, WITH vitamin C - if you can find iron tablets that come with Vitamin C, that is the best.

I say iron because these viruses attack the red blood cells and also you say you have diarrhea and iron pills should help to stop that.

Quarantine yourself for 14 days if you're worried. You don't need a test to tell you that.

Have you ever tried putting a few drops of Tea Tree oil in a bowl of hot water and breathing the fumes with a towel over your head? I've heard of people knocking things out in a day that way. I did it once with Oregano oil which is extremely strong and nothing to mess around with, but it worked. Honestly I should take my own advice!

The way things are going I wouldn't tell anyone, just self quarantine. If you get fever or shortness of breath go to the hospital. Otherwise, just ride it out like any flu. You say you're 63. Obese, underlying health issues? If you do you have a about a 8% chance of dying. Even if you are healthy and are in the early stages, not only should you be tested, you should get to a doctor ASAP or find one who will script for you HDC and azithromycin. You can buy the zinc OTC. It shortens the course of the disease by a significant amount.

Do you have a pulse oximeter? That is the real thing to worry about - your Oxygen levels. It has been reported people feeling fine with slight fever and not feeling really badly have O2 levels in the low 80's. At that point, you are in real trouble.

having those symptoms while this shit is still raging is a red flag.

if i was in your shoes: check o2 levels via oximeter. first signs of reading 94 or less sustained or when you start showing a sustained fever, then get a test asap.

again, do not entertain the supplement tards - they believe there is a secret supplement that can cure anything that comes up. your life is not worth jeopardizing over retarded nonsense.
