What do YOU think the list will do or what impact?

What if it's just a principle, I decide whether I want to be enlisted or enrolled in the Medical Monopoly System? I decide who gets to do what with my body? I decide I want informed consent to any procedure or diagnosis. I stand on the right to informed consent with any interaction with the medical industry. It's my decision to be diagnosed, to seek treatment, to have a medical record, to be part of the system, not anyone else's. My decision, my principle, my right.

What if no one can answer the question about what happens after you test positive? What is the follow up? What have you opened yourself up for? Can you fly? Can you travel? Can you leave the house? Can you work? Can you take care of your children? Can you get a driver's license? A business license? Can you own property?

Crazy questions! But how many despotic regimes in modern history and ancient history had lists of people who were blackballed from participating in society, for one justification or another? It is not rational to say "it could never happen here".
