Masks aren't a panacea and offer marginal benefit at the very best. Cloth masks increase infection risk to those wearing them.

As far as your selfishness commentary, it's pretty clear you're interested more in virtue signaling and telling others how to live their lives because it makes you feel like a good person. You are, in fact, not a good person. You THINK you are doing good and this gives you the validation to condemn those not in agreement with your unscientific views. For you it's more about the meaning of it all than the efficacy of masks.

Owners have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you don’t wear a mask you don’t go in. If you start an argument over said mask then you should be locked up.

If you're a grown ass adult who won't do what's necessary in a pandemic and instead want to act like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum because they don't want to do their homework...well, then you deserve more than denial of service.
