Further, to my knowledge, there's been (0) legitimate studies (esp. peer-reviewed) of masks doing anything beneficial in reducing this spread.

It's shocking: JUST THE (OVER 100K/MONTH) OF PEOPLE NOT BEING PROPERLY DIAGNOSED - BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT BEING DIAGNOSED AT ALL - FROM CANCER SCREENINGS (DUE TO ECONOMIC SHUTDOWN), THAT HAVE CANCER (AND DON'T KNOW IT)...WILL BRING MORE FATALITIES THAN THE SUM TOTAL OF ALL COVID19 FATALITIES.

Personally, I think masks are not a bad idea in the middle of an epidemic-- Japan and the Czech Rep. had very good results with masks and NO lockdown. Sweden had no lockdown at all and is essentially the same or better off than lockdown countries.
