Hypothetical medical problem

Anyone ever hear of a Dr who has delusions that they know someone and have a patient Doctor relationship with them?

I wonder if celebrities have this problem?

I am so happy I do not have any Drs in my life right now.

I'm hoping my former Dr. Accepts my case soon.

He is trusted to not have delusions about me.
