They are there to pick up a dead body. Even before those "EMT" arrived, they know he is dead.

His head was ridged on his neck when they turned him. Not fucking dead.

They just checked for a pulse and bagged him. Makes absolutely no sense.

The cops didn’t seem cared about that. There were at least 2 police cars there and maybe more cops. Nothing about this incident makes sense.

Since that incident where the prisoner (black) with the neck problem died while being transported in a regular police van, some cities use an EMS unit now for transport, instead of a police paddy wagon, because the prisoners would bounce around unrestrained in back of the wagon. They are not staffed with EMS techs, because they are transporting prisoners, EMS techs not trained to restrain violent prisoners. If the prisoner was violent, he would have been strapped down to the gurney.

I believe there are standard safety protocols before loading a patient into an ambulance. If they were supposed to be EMTs then they failed these protocols.

I agree, we use sheriffs to transport also. But they dont drive the ambu and there is always an EMT there. This is very shady and suspect.

If they knew he was dead, they would call a meatwagon
