My doctor did email me back this afternoon and said the low blood pressure was from dehydration from really not drinking much for a week following the pancreatitis since I had not been hospitalized and on an IV. I will be fine just drink fluids and stop taking a certain prescription for a week.

But as you all wrote best: I'm in God's hands because I can't do this life by myself.
