Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word Part 2

Update. It has been rough. I had to ask a neighbor this week so far to drive myself and children. My son is playing in a state golf tournament. With acceptance from the course and officials I was able to get a cart for me to ride around on due to my medical issues. We have been going all week and today is the last day. He is currently 1 stroke from the lead and god willing he will have an outstanding day today(Friday) and place first.

Not my usual updates I know, but my son put this off all last year due to the issues with divorce, but he is back at it. He did not want to go due to me not being able to walk(i walk with a walker now, but it is difficult). I did what I had to do to make sure he could go to this.

Not a normal request, but can I get some prayers for him? His name is William. He is super anxious over playing today and worried about me. I am asking for prayers to help ease his worries and anxiety for the tournament final today.

Also would like to ask for prayers for guidance on how to deal with the continued degrading and migraines. Surgery was put off again by the doctor.

Prayers for the restoration of your marriage. All I can say is that it will be tough. I know. May I suggest that yous seek counsel and guidance with your pastor/preacher if possible.

I'm also including member chasity who had both a home invasion attempt this week and her husband taken by ambulance to the hospital after collapsing at home.

She posted of her frustration at not being able to be with him. Despite knowing she carries and practices, with the invasion attempt, her Mr. in the hospital, and children at home I am worried for all of them.

Update...I thought you might like to know.

William came in first, but it was ugly.

William tied for first for the week after 18 holes yesterday for a total of 72 holes played for the week. We played 12 more holes and they were still tied. Playoffs are hole by hole, so if William shoots a 4 and the other kid shoots a 5 then William wins. It was called at 8:45 and they both had to go back today to finish. They played a total of 11 holes today. WIlliam won with a hole in one on a par4 305yd hole.


So, it was a tough day for him. He was freaked out today because he had a bad initial tee shot, but the other child had a 3 putt and if it wasn't for that the other child would have won. My neighbor was as excited as we were. We went out and got some Cajun food to celebrate.

Other than that it has been a hard day, but it is worth it to be there for my son. :)

I'm asking for prayer again. This is one of the big ones.

I need a victory in court Wednesday. This victory will be a turning point in the hardships I've went through the past three months as it will allow me to return home and allow me to speak with my wife. I'm praying and trusting God for a restoration of our marriage.

The story in Ezekiel 37 about God breathing life into the dry bones was told to me last night by a friend, then it was preached in my pastor's sermon this morning, and it was my daily Bible verse. I believe God is reassuring me that He can breathe new life into my marriage as easily as He can bring dead people back to life.

I have asked several people to stand with me in faith that God is going to restore my marriage. I appreciate your prayers and I'm putting my faith in God that He will do this. Stand with me in faith my brothers and sisters in Christ. God bless you!

Definitely sounds like confirmation. Will be praying that His desire for you and your wife is made clear to both of you and that grace abounds.
