Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word Part 2 | |

Quoting: Psychedelic Mashed Potatoes I need a victory in court Wednesday. This victory will be a turning point in the hardships I've went through the past three months as it will allow me to return home and allow me to speak with my wife. I'm praying and trusting God for a restoration of our marriage. The story in Ezekiel 37 about God breathing life into the dry bones was told to me last night by a friend, then it was preached in my pastor's sermon this morning, and it was my daily Bible verse. I believe God is reassuring me that He can breathe new life into my marriage as easily as He can bring dead people back to life. I have asked several people to stand with me in faith that God is going to restore my marriage. I appreciate your prayers and I'm putting my faith in God that He will do this. Stand with me in faith my brothers and sisters in Christ. God bless you! Court was postponed, but I will be able to go home and speak to her this Wednesday. It will end 110 days of separation. She has refused to speak to me or acknowledge me, but I'm believing with my heart and soul that God is going to break down the walls she has built up like He did the walls of Jericho. After all the prayers and trusting in God and turning this battle over to Him: when she can no longer run from her feelings for me, when I tell her how I feel about her, when she sees how long I waited for her, when she sees my enduring love for her, I believe by faith she will return to my arms and my life as a testimony to God's glory. I may ask for prayers one or two more times before Wednesday to help me weather this anxiety and that God's mighty power to save my marriage would go before me. Let the walls of Jericho tremble at His approach! Whatever God's plans are, will be. We can pray, and always will get an answer, but sometimes the answer is not the one we want to hear. Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!! |

The inspection is this Friday, and if everything goes OK, which we believe it will,she will close on the 4th or 5th of September, and move in shortly afterwards.Her loan has already been approved. The house was an estate sale, and the price was good ! She has been pursuing buying her own home for the past couple of years. She didn't have any luck, as she was outbid every time.She put everything on hold when Roy got sick.Her focus was to help take care of her Dad until the end. In 2 days she found this house, and there is a real spine tingling story to go with it, so hold onto your seats ! A good friend of mine lives 5 doors down from this house. He knew the people who lived there, an old couple who had lived there for more than 50 years.The house was upkept meticulously. Here's the good part: The house was listed for only $139,900. People bid on it. Alexandra had to come up with a bid amount, without knowing what the other bid was, per confidentiality. I was going to tell her to bid $145,000. A voice came into my head, and told me $147,777. I told Alexandra that. She said no, $147,000 even. I persisted and told her it HAD to be $147,777.We went back and forth and she finally relented and put in the bid for $147,777. The other bid was exactly $147,000. If she would have bid that amount, the other people would have got it, as they bid first. Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!! |

I know it is time, and I will be in this huge 10 room house by myself. I will put it up for sale, as there is no way I can keep up this 10 room house and 1/4 acre lot by myself. I trust in God, that a smaller home with a smaller lot will come my way. God knows what I need, and I have every bit of confidence that He will take care of me. There were a lot of hurt feelings on both sides, but I'm pretty confident in saying that Jesus was all about forgiveness and reconciling hurt feelings if your brother and sister repents. He commanded me specifically to wait on Him and that the battle was His. I've waited and let Him do what He does. I've never in my life pursued or fought spiritually as much as I have for this marriage. I believe God cares more about my marriage than I do, so I fought for it like He does. I've been faithful and prayerful. I've put all my eggs in God's basket. I believe He's going to claim a victory here and share that victory with me. Prayers please Husband rolled out of bed in middle of the night....I managed to twist my lower back and caught my hand between him and the bed frame....also he is in a lot of pain in jaw again...that was before he fell...will have to have it looked at soon.... Also prayers for daughter regarding her future: anxiety and employment is all I can say atm.... And prayers for hope....I am feeling rather down today...I have no energy with this sore back...I am grateful for the storm passing us by...trying to be positive to accept HIs Grace is sufficient....I just want to move to a better place and still trying to make plans for the future since everything is changed from what it was... Thank you and love you all! Life finds a way. |
