Old guy, here, and a hardened drinker.

Haven't had a "hangover" in years.



The worst one I ever had was when I was a young pup. It lasted about two days, and made me question my existence.

This thread is for a friend. She might find it later.

I'm prone to hangovers once in a great while. If I'm sipping beers, no. But if I go off on a whisky or tequila tangent, then yes. I have difficulty moderating on hard liquor so I usually just avoid it.

I am expecting a hangover tomorrow.
After months of hard hard work, sun up to sun down, in the rain, hot sun, breathing in and getting bit by swarms of bugs, A Massive hail storm due to unusual extreme heat and cold fronts is expected tonight that will probably wipe out all my crops.
A drink will be in order.

Yes. Loads of clean water is the key.

Drink a few pints of good water (not fizzy) when drunk, just before you go to bed.

No hangover, and you will sleep like a baby.

And have a massive, satisfying piss, in the morning.

How do you NOT get hangovers? Ive had terrible ones since I was in my early 20s, and they are disgraceful now i'm in my late 30s!

Been quit almost a month now after 30 years of hardcore drinking. Feels weird waking up feeling good every day. I'm starting to like it.
