POTUS SHOULD be making a statement - that he should have made at least 2 days ago - that there is a curfew in DC (at least) of dark, which is probably around 7-8 pm? Let's say 8. Anyone on the streets after 8 better have a good excuse and anyone who is seen looting or setting fire to anything or attacking anyone especially police & safety forces WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT.
