That is one of the bad cops
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71665433 meanwhile the other "good" cops are doing nothing... EXACTLY. But that's all you hear "it just a few bad apples " well that was one cup who massively outnumbered by the so called "good cops" nothing was done to stop this attempted murder. Doing nothing is worse, they are supposed to protect, the "good cops" didn't do that, instead they allowed a criminal to assault another citizen. Can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.
