I was a Payload Integration engineer back when the Star Wars program was considering doing a test on the Space Shuttle.

We teamed up with Los Alamos.

A particle beam weapon in space is basically a cyclotron, a particle accelerator. Same thing we use on the ground to smash atoms.

The one for the Shuttle was BIG with sharp turns to make the beam path rectangular and fit in the payload bay.

The beam is charged so the magnets can accelerate the particles. The charge is stripped as they leave the gun and the now-neutral beam heads out about half the speed of light.

It all was going well until some physicist pointed out that rogue particles would escape in the cyclotron and hit the magnets and side walls creating a burst of X rays.

Would have fried the crew.

Having told you that story, I would be surprised if we had not put at least a small one in orbit since then. Nifty little weapon which will scramble the electronics on a satellite or even disable a nuke warhead.

Oh yeah, if it was tested near the atmosphere you WOULD see the streak of light.

I don't know what we may have up there, but I really doubt we fight aliens. That would be a short war.

ETs do have battles. The whites and Lizards. Other ETs also. When the remote viewed Oumuamua there was an ET battle that damaged and inoperable. The people of that long cigar shaped "asteroid" were human looking, brown and 4 feet tall. They are still in there dead.

The video was sent to MUFON this month but the witness saw it in OCTOBER 2019, the same weekend of the festival.
