We have a thing called laws, they are enforced by police and then we have a judicial branch that is separate that decides how and if people broke the law and deals with punishment. I saw this thread this morning and thought OK, maybe the guy had a rap sheet but everyone deserves a trial. Everyone (even criminals) have a right to due process. That includes trial by jury in a court of law. The cops that arrested him will certainly get this wont they!

I'm not defending the guy or justifying the riots or protests, but just pointing out he might have changed his ways since his last arrest from these records is 14yrs ago.

So why are anyone protesting his death by a cop, his Karma was going to happen either by another black guy or a failed robbery attempt.
