5G Deployed for the Color Revolution/ State Sponsored Predation

I've spoken to numerous people experiencing extreme agitation, mood swings, and anger. Obviously just watching what is happening to our country as chaos descends and we enter what appears to be a race war will anger any true patriotic American. But beyond that I have been told that the powers that be are in fact using it to alter brain waves and induce an even more animalistic mob mentality. Has anyone else noticed this? We are witnessing a color revolution in the United States with state sanctioned predation similar to what has been witnessed in South Africa.
