An Idea on the corruption and Truth of new Canadian Gun laws

Now it is starting to come clear on why sock boy of the north suddenly and without warning passed a gun ban in Canada.
Why?, when it is so illegal and with such opposition.
Why?, when it is sure to be overturned????
Sock boy knew that the planned protests would get violent and he/she did not want the rioters to be armed and the citizens of his/her nation to be able to protect themselves.
I have it on good authority that firearms and ammunition purchases are now taking 6-8 weeks to process if they are to be sold in the eastern part of Canada.
This started back in May, along with the communist revolution in that country.
