I took very rarely some plant calmant to be able to get proper sleep, otherwise... But I don't intend to get on that. Those people who awakened in me the kundalini thing (I searched on web to be sure it's this) knew what was happening, I was helping them and they did it on purpouse. benzodiazepines and anti-psychotic and schizo-meds could prove helpful
