And they hard to swallow and they soar throat that never go away for 3 months and then it do come back sometimes so I cant figure it so it must not clear out mines stomach thru mine bowl movement or my urine so if think about it and it just stuck up in there what you gonna do cause when you go to the bathroom it still there and when you eat you can feels it when you swallows and it just be like asleep but it be like ohhh wait I'm still here on you too. So I really dont know and I camt figure it out. It aint particular to healing with any good foods either.

First thing you do in morning. , when you open eyes

Do not swallow, do not drink water.

Run into shower, hot hot steaming shower.

Directly on neck and throat region

Do not move, do not swallow
.
5-10 minutes

You will feel it loosen up and hack/spit that green brown shit out

Then gargle with warm salt water.


I promise China has been experimenting with this strain for atleast a few years now.


Follow exact instructions and you will get it out.

Repeat next morning, stay well hydrated during day.

Never get dehydrated , it will multiply and come back in throat

Get some colloidal silver in the nasal spray pump bottle. Spray 3x in each nostril and sniff it up into the sinus, twice A-day. Make sure you are also taking acidiphilus, and monolauren is also a helpful supplement

I had good results rinsing sinus with neti pot. Filtered water with sea salt 115 degrees. I mix up a quart in a mason jar.

I was doing that multiple times a day for weeks when it was bad. It's a bit cumbersome at first, but it becomes easy after you've done it a few times.

take 1 cauliflower and 1 broccoli

break off a little and stick 1 each in 1 nostril and keep it there all day...breathe thru mouth to not dislodge your nostril-veggie-plugs

Its strep throat, not corony. I almost died from it because i was afraid to go to the doctor. It hurt my kidneys pretty good.
