I just tried something new. Our Stove/oven went out we ordered a new one but will Take lowes 12 days to deliver it. Excpected to get it 6/6/20
So here it is
In the crockpot
Four boneless Chicken Breasts
1 can of Rotelli ( we us Mild)
1 can drained and rinsed Black beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cook on high for three hours
then add 1 cup shredded Cheese ( your choice)
Once its melted in serve on top of Tortilla Chips

We use Rotel here quite a bit in things like chili and in taco filling, etc. They sell a few different versions. One has jalapeno peppers in it, the 'mild' does not. I buy it by the case when I can. It is pretty versatile.
