The John Titor saga is what first brought me to GLP many years ago.

I can't describe it, but for some reason his story felt like there was something different about it...almost like hearing an unexpected insight.

Who in the year 1998 could have foreseen a possible civil war in USA? And now... here we are at its doorstep in 2020.

Since first learning of Titors story I have been watching for the signs he mentioned...and to be honest I was rather disappointed each time the Olympics Games were not cancelled.

I studied the county electoral college map, and noticed the great divide between our cities and sub/rural areas.

I watched as our police force became more and more militarized as they were during the Waco siege, and how we all applauded the new non-lethal weapon systems that we now see deployed against American citizens exercising their 1st amendment right.

I dont know if Titor was a time-travel or not. I dont think that's the important part of the story.

If he's right about what is to come... then we all need to be prepared.

At the very least... it should be a very interesting Election in November.

I was brought here as well, by John Titor. I believe he was a person who had the knowledge that it would occur but didn’t know the exact year. The fact the he wasn’t able to predict it exactly creates 2 more branches.

CIA/FBI/NSA - predicting moves/patterns he saw the DS making
Time Traveler - if this was true though, then that would confirm a multi-verse theory. Where he knew it would happen, but in each timeline they occur at different times.

I know time travel exists, because I’ve been abducted but I always believed the events were fixed. Starting to sound like a marvel comic

Yep, for some reason the timeline shifted by 12 years.

Titor said that when you travel back in time, a new timeline/universe is created when the time machine is shut off.

“ Time itself can be understood in terms of connected lines. When you go back in time, you travel on your original timeline. When you turn your singularity engine off, a new timeline is created, due to the fact that you and your time machine are now there. In other words, a new universe is created.”

In other word the dates would never match because we are in a different timeline. Ultimately outcomes cannot be avoided or altered. What will come will come. So here we are, years behind schedule watching this unfold.

I mean, it doesn't take a time traveler to predict that the US would implode at do point

Titor is what got me into conspiracies. He did affect our timeline in a big way. In his timeline, Y2K happened, which is likely why a civil war broke out earlier. He may have had a hand in preventing Y2K on ours which led to people being pacified by technology and convenience but has only delayed the inevitable. Sometimes things just have to happen no matter what.

I cut my teeth on John Titor as well. Great story and some very insider information. He's been right on a few things but I hope we don't have a civil war. Unfortunately it's looking more likely every day.
