Quoting: Grove Street Where I live usually you cant swing a cat without hitting five cops from three different "Departments". How praytell do you "stay away from them"?  swinging a cat draws attention to yourself.. i've lived in bad neighborhoods.. have a non descript car up to date.. ignore them .. just be cool and they won't bug you.. Thats a figure of speech. I didn't mean literally geezuz Poor kitty
