I dont sleep in any bed. I sleep hanging upside down from the rafters.

I can control myself and make a positive change for me personally but I can't control what others do. I still have to deal with people who are unrealistic and violent.

How many insects and dust do you have in your home? If you make your bed too soon sweat gets trapped. That’s bad for the mattress. It will reduce dust mites also when you don’t trap them with the moisture.

Yeah. So I throw the sheets back and let everything air out for an hour while I’m getting ready for the day and then make it before leaving the house. But sometimes it just stays unmade especially if I’m home and want to take a nap later.
