It is POSSIBLE busted glass got in the dough during some sort of protestor incursion into the pizza joint, too. Lotta broken glass around. I got some in my chili one time and didn't even know how it got there, or realize it until I cut my tongue on the shit.

Yeah, I just did some reading about Uber Eats delivery. The Uber Eats driver only knows the last name of the person, and first initial. The only way he would know, perhaps, that it was National Guard was if he delivered to them twice or more. Or if he knew they were staying there somehow.

Or it was just a random thing. But why would either the restaurant or Uber Eats driver want to do something that would get them into serious trouble?

Maybe the glass was just randomly added to the pizza in the ingredients at the restaurant, because it the broken glass was added at the factory making the shredded cheese. Maybe the NG were not an intentional target. Sabotage from the shredded cheese factory to a random target.

I did as a driver for the hut when I was 18-19. I saw and heard many things that was done to problem customers food, but the worst things happened to cops who were able to eat free there. It was supposed to be cops on duty only, but they would take advantage of it and come in any time and expect free pizza by showing their badge. Some of the cooks would add special ingredients. The waitresses had a code they would put on the Make ticket to let the cook know if it was a cop or a problem customer. They would put a check mark or an X in the upper right hand corner with a circle around it.

At least they didn't pillage the place for free food.

Guy throws pizza dough in air, hits fluorescent lights. Bulb shards go everywhere. One pizza on the side is missed to be thrown out. Case solved.

Whenever glass broke in our shops, we had to throw out everything on the line.

I found shards of glass in some Chinese food I bought by from Panda Express in Rosemont, Illinois many years back. I was pissed and threw the food away, but never bothered to call the cops or the restaurant.

Uber Eats just delivers right? Uber Eats can't bake glass into the dough. The Guards ought to sue the pizza place who they placed the order with.

Sprinkled would be obvious. By the time Uber Eats gets the pizza the cheese is not really continuing to melt, it is in the setting stage.

Baked in would be obvious also. Easy to tell really. Baked in certainly happened at pizza place. Sprinkled could go either way.
