In this passage there are two different words translated as tempted.

The first word translated as tempted is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word for Tempted.

This Word translated as "tempted" in relation to God being tempted to do evil is found One time in the Bible.

It doesn't mean that men can not tempt God, It means that God doesn't have the inclination towards what is evil, He is not drawn to it. Period.

Yet men still tempt God all the time, but He hates it.

Consider something that you despise, loathe, and someone offers it to you, If you will do this for me, you can have whatever it might be.

There isn't the inclination for it, but the opposite.

YESHUA was tempted, but didn't have any inclination towards anything that wasn't the will of the Father.

Because He is the Almighty manifest in the Flesh.
