But to the point: The ruling means one can't be dismissed for something that's innate. I assume one can still be dismissed for behavior - i.e., dressing like a fool. If not, businesses will collapse.

And as to the question of innate for the court: could an employer fire a psychopath (say proven by testing) for simply being one or would the employer have to wait until the psychopath caused great harm?

I disagree. A sizable percentage of trans dress differently day to day. A recently hired male sales person could come to work that next day in a skirt, beard, and lipstick. Getting fired would only set up for lawsuit.

I have no problem with LGBT and LGB deserves full protections. But I can tell you now my wife has numerous Trans friends on social media in different stages of transformation-- here's the commonality.. literally the continued acts of pushing the envelope trying to get fired or create chaos in public or at work based on their appearance. To go as far as to post photos on facebook "here's my look today as I go into work" stoking the fires every other day. Maybe my wife is the only person on Facebook with friends like that.. maybe not-- but its concerning.
