Android users** I found some COVID tracking crap in my settings

Just checked mine and it is not there but I also have notifications blocked so maybe that has something to do with it?

The govt control is nothing like I’ve ever seen in my life.

Says it can notify me if I’ve been near someone who has reported having COVID.

Our damn Govt has gone too far kicking everyone’s privacy to the curb.

It says you have to install a 'PARTICIPATING APP' to turn it on. Doesn't seem like it's automatically doing it.

Ya, location is just gps. They can still determine location by tracking which towers you're connected to. Location is unimportant for this though, don't overworry about it.

But you need to turn off automatic updates for the phone and each app. They can do nefarious things as well.
