I hear you, but I lost my job after this coronashit started, been looking for a job since and they're not even looking at my resume when I apply.

The website I use lets me know if the employer opens/downloads my resume when I apply.

When I apply for better-paid office jobs they never do. When I apply for lower-paid "for males jobs" they immediately do.

The feminists in Human Resources are selecting the resumes based on gender (identifiable based on name).

I've applied to multiple well-paid office jobs.
The employers never open/download my resume.
The moment I apply for a "male job" (medium-to-heavy physical work), my resume gets opened/downloaded and then I get contacted immediately.

HR departments are always henhouses run by women who hire their friends and so on.

Any company that only employs women for senior role will soon be out of business. Unless of course its a state organisation living off theft from tax payers.

In Canada, ALL universities/colleges hire women predominantly.

About 10 years ago I kept track of job postings and job hire announcements at Canadian universities. I collected the data for 3 years. In those 3 years, 87% of ALL job postings went on to hire women for those positions.

When it came to the types of jobs given to women vs men, there were huge differences. Men were predominantly hired for only two job types. Physical jobs (Maintenance, janitor, repair, etc) and IT support jobs.

ALL of the rest went to mostly women. Nearly all administrative, clerical, financial, business, research, scientific, etc, positions went to women.


After I compiled the data I went ahead and contacted the universities, showed them the results and asked why their hiring policies were discriminatory against male applicants. All but one refused to answer. The one that did answer said they had a specific quota of gender based hires they needed to meet, and that it was part of the funding requirement mandated by the provincial government.
