How To Lucid Dream
Stefan Zugor is the host of the HowToLucid.com website and the HowToLucid channel on YouTube that includes daily uploads five days a week. He is the author of 5 Steps to Lucid Dreaming, 100 Things To Do In Your Dreams, Lucid Journal, Lucid Dreaming Superpowers, Remember Your Dreams, Ultimate Guide to Reality Checks, Dream Yoga, Meditation for Dreams, and 30 Day Lucid Dreaming Bootcamp. Check out his lucid dreaming courses, ebooks and content here: [link to howtolucid.com (secure)]

Here he explains that he began having lucid dreams as a child and has now made a profession of studying such dreams and facilitating others in experiencing them. For the most part, he recognizes that lucid dreaming is a way of exploring the depths of one's own psyche – although it can also be viewed as a form of escapism. He also acknowledges the possibility that guides and teachers, as well as deceased loved ones, that appear in lucid dreams may well represent entities outside of one's personal subconscious mind.

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in "parapsychology" ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980).

Re: How To Lucid Dream
Here is a secret for higher meditation and real lucid dreaming:

1. Eat lots of paprika

2. Need charged wind. As for wind sound or pink noise, that to can help. But it won't be the same as magnetic wind flow.

3. Wind needs to travel at 45° angle from your head. Left to right.
(Ex. <•) triangle is wind,
dot is head. It is best if your sitting on a relaxed sofa & 2 windows are open. 1 on the right & 1 from behind.you are seated in the N.E. corner.

3. Charged wind passing through a red brick hallway is better than fan wind.
Fan can be use to push charged wind. As for recorded pink noise on a headset, it raises or elevates something in the brain. Which till now is a phenomenon to some people.

4. If you smoke weed there is a possibility of receiving radio waves in your mind. Your mind will be open to conscious sound. You will here radio waves from beyond the grave.
* The area must be quiet.

5.experiencing this meditation without weed, is more better, because
you will be more in control of what you want to hear. * This is not lucid dreaming but an antenna to consciousness.

6. For lucid dreaming to occur, sleep must occur before the Moon is in transit. Center of sky.

Paprika is key, and other healthy herbs.

When the Moon is in transit, you should, in that moment, be having that awesome lucid dream experience.

It's the opposite, actually. Normal dreaming lets your brain go through different scenarios that seem to surprise you. When you lucid dream you lose that and your brain isnt forming the same pathways.

Oh ok. Ya that may have some negative effects from what ive read. Your brain isn't going into full sleep and you aren't fully accepting the dream which studies show can have adverse effects.
