Quoting: ~Sloane~ That's not to say Covid isn't making people crazy - who don't loot and riot. They're just going crazy all by themselves at home.  OK, possibly. (Probably) But there have been many, many more police-related deaths of people much more innocent than Floyd, and much more worthy (if there is a worthiness factor in brutality deaths) of being rioted over. Perhaps the fact that this particular spin worked was related to the presence of Covid psychosis, or, (if I may create a word,) covpsy in a large percentage of the population? |
