Does anyone else find this chat bot agreement strange?

it learns and imitates, is social content and aims to pass the Turing Test
can seem rude or inappropriate - talk with caution and at your own risk
the bot pretends to be human - don't give personal info even if it 'asks'
cleverbot does not understand you, and cannot mean anything it 'says'

Turing test is a famous test invented by famous computer guy Alan Turing. It's not a conspiracy.

The agreement on the chat bot is probly because previous bots got fed a bunch of propaganda and turned into nazis. So yeah the bot might be rude or whatever.

Weird, super short. Seemed like someone in a bad mood. I told it that it seemed like it was in a bad mood. It answered. "I was thinking the same thing about you."
Weird...I just cleared my cookies because in their privacy policy they state they'll store info to continue the conversation.... no thanks.

Weak, it tried to tell me I was actually cleverbot and that it could see me in my house.
