I am afraid of mail in ballots. I think they are planning to throw the election with fake ballots!

Have to sign it and return it, where it is scanned in. When I get my ballot, it is serialized and returned inside a sleeve that I sign which is compared to my signature card. If the don't match of the serialization is incorrect, the ballot is tossed. LOL You are so full of shit I can smell you all the way from here. Nope. I am in Hawaii. That is the way it works here and it's a similar system in most states if you take the time to actually educate yourself instead of listening to propaganda.
