A few dozen showing up at different locations might be OK. They might just be avoiding the appearance of favoritism.

Many dozens, including some huge ships would not be a good thing.

In either case, preparation for the finale battle would be the order of the day. Fuck ray guns--a 308 round between the eyes will work like a charm. Actually, I suspect that is why Algore wants to confiscate firearms.

I seen many Ufo's as a kid, including a mothership, no one could see it but me, was bizarre. But now I understand I was seeing in infrared as a kid, I was in midbrain. I would love to meet friendly entities from other planets, ride in their spaceships, explore the galaxies, that would be awesome!

Don't get on the ships.

I had a vivid dream, years ago. Everyone was in progress marching to get on the magnificent ships to be taken off planet. To be saved from some "catastrophe".
But then I started to doubt for some reason. So I tarried a bit, and then stopped on a nearby hillside to watch the people get lifted into the ships. A terrible feeling grew in my gut. And I begged my family not to go. Most continued on despite my pleading.
Then, after a time, when everyone had already boarded that had made that decision, we heard the unmistakable chorus of thousands of screams coming from the ships and I was filled with dread for those that had boarded.

I know I dreamt this for a reason.
