There is no such thing as justified assault via a verbal altercation.

I was on a jury with a similar case where a young girl with cerebral palsy was verbally attacked for getting in her way in the supermarket, and the 17 yo brother damn near killed the woman who did it I voted not guilty. You did not answer the question and i have interest in your stories.
