Actually "calling people names" in public is disorderly conduct. I once called a judge a moron and got charged with contempt of court (which WAS true!) AND disorderly conduct. Cost me 2000 dollars to bribe my way out of it  BTW I dont know how it is in any other state but in this one you can get locked up for a year for disorderly conduct, the same penalty range for assault in the third degree, battery That's because he is a Judge and you were in a court of Law, not in the streets talking to some rude random person. Please don't encourage communist retardation in America.
