I once called a judge a moron and got charged with contempt of court (which WAS true!) AND disorderly conduct. Cost me 2000 dollars to bribe my way out of it  I take issue with that as the US doesn't have hate speech laws like some countries. You were charged with contempt of court because you impugned the veracity of his court. Bet the disorderly was for flaunting it.  Not, it was for calling the judge a feckless moron in an EZ-Mart, and everyone laughed.
