Government employees are under Admiralty/Statutory Law and Civilians are under Common Law.

The Statutory governor can order mask wearing for his employees subject to statutes, codes, regulations and acts, which DO NOT apply to civilians. This means bus drivers, police, judges, court officials and Federal, State and city employees.

Govt employees cannot refuse masks.

Civilians can refuse masks or wear them, depending upon what The People decide.

Govt is simply NOT in our Jurisdiction.

A collective tax protest by retailers would solve the problem. Refuse to collect or pay any taxes until whatever government is causing the issue gets in line. If the majority of businesses got on board we could feasibly end business licencing. Wouldn't that be neat.

The people have all the power, they just generally get complacent and refuse to use it. That's why a bunch dorks and racists are destroying big cities. Imagine a collective tax protest in Seattle. It would fix that mess in a hot minute.
