Anonymous Coward User ID: 10724289 United States 06/30/2020 04:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday that federal and state governments “do not have the authority” to mandate the wearing of face masks. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74424787 [link to dailycaller.com (secure)] That may be so but what about individual business requiring masks or you can't go in? We need to get around that too. Tell them to remove the mask to talk to you. The business has to be ADA compliant. Discriminating against the hearing impaired is a HUGE no no. If they deny you entry after informing them you have a law suit. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79090168 Government employees are under Admiralty/Statutory Law and Civilians are under Common Law. The Statutory governor can order mask wearing for his employees subject to statutes, codes, regulations and acts, which DO NOT apply to civilians. This means bus drivers, police, judges, court officials and Federal, State and city employees. Govt employees cannot refuse masks. Civilians can refuse masks or wear them, depending upon what The People decide. Govt is simply NOT in our Jurisdiction. WRONG! Government employee here.... I DO NOT, AND WILL NOT WEAR A MASK, EVER. CALIFORNIA REGULATION TITLE 8, SECTION 5144 (OSHA) Why would anyone need an order to wear a mask? It's only logical to protect yourself. stupid fuk Chaos! |

Restaurants, bars, stores and stadiums do. Ever hear of " no shirt no shoes no service"? That's perfectly fine and people can choose to take their business elsewhere. Principles are great until they make you go bankrupt from lack of customers. I will not patronize any business that mandates masks....period No shirt, no shoes, no masks, no service! Why aren’t all you freedom lovers protesting wearing shoes into stores? Same principle. Bunch of hypocrites you are. Theyre selfish babies. Many white people are asymptomatic spreaders, but they dont care. Masks keep their contagion to themselves, thats a fact. But they dont care about others. Creeps. Just think |

Bunch of hypocrites you are. NO shirt, No shoes is RACIST AS HELL after passage of the Civil Rights Act, businesses could no longer turn away customers for the color of their skin. But they could turn them away for something else. See, it’s no secret that in the 1960s, shoes were a sign of wealth. Not everybody could afford them, and if you couldn’t afford shoes, you didn’t wear shoes. Here’s the thing, it’s also not a secret that historically (and currently) minority communities are much poorer. So it was really NO SHOES, but many blacks in the south wore overalls without shirts. SO yea, LET US USE A RACIST SLOGAN for wearing MASK. |
vertino User ID: 74416402 United States 06/30/2020 05:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | YEP waiting for a major court case on this face mask BS. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70353425 It is coming. They will call mandating face masks unconstitutional. As it should be called. Whats next? What is the next mandate? Get my point. Where will it stop from there. Don't you morons understand that what the government can require and what a private business can require are 2 different things? Go invest in a 6th grade civics book for god's sake. Here's a simple example for you mentally challenged wackjobs: A restaurant cannot require you to wear a mask, period. However, if they say that all who wish to be seated must wear a mask, and you refuse, they have every legal right to kick your tired virus infected ass out. It is EXACTLY like no shirt no shoes no service. To further simplify: you don't have to wear a mask and they don't have to serve you. As for the government, that's a different question. It may very well be constitutional but that question has yet to be answered. Regardless, every state has laws against intentionally spreading infectious diseases. This may come into play down the road. |

The business has a choice to require or not. I will respect their wishes or choose to go somewhere else. That is freedom and private ownership. But threatening a businesses livelihood through "color of law" mandates is unconstitutional. Flat out, period, end of story. But they set the precedent by forcing a baker to bake a dick cake for some gays due to "discrimination". And they push the "public safety" angle to make it seem legal and moral. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74424787 [link to dailycaller.com (secure)] They KNOW, so in Virginia, they threaten all businesses that the department of health will shut them down if they don't enforce "no mask no service" policy. Loophole. Life sucks and people are still not shopping much, because wearing a mask makes it hot, hard to see, a miserable experience. Retailers need to fight back. Problem is, while retail managers most likely know [at least the common sense ones] that oxygen deprivation is whats causing the antibodies...the ORDER to enforce mask by the private business come from the top [their manager]...so they cave to save their job...and the CEO is in on the agenda to collapse society...kinda of like all media has one agenda, well all private businesses that are big or considerable size, are all using the same playbook against LOGIC... [NWO Agenda, collapse society thru HOAXES]... most thinking people are on the same page to fight back...but what can be done, when CEOs are enforcing that rule down the chain... |

In every state's executive order which you can find on their dot-gov website, THERE IS AN EXEMPTION OR LOOPHOLE REGARDING THE WEARING OF THE MASK. Look it up, you'll see. It doesn't matter what you read on the news or what it say in a government pamphlet to your place of business saying everyone has to wear a mask. THE EXECUTIVE ORDER IS WHAT COUNTS. AND THE EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT SAY IT'S MANDATORY. PERIOD. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76634487 Canada 06/30/2020 07:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thread: Judge Napolitano: Trump has unleashed a torrent of hatred. "When the hate speech comes from a shameless president, we have a problem." I have known President Trump personally since 1986. The private Trump I have known is funny, charming and embracing. That is not the public Trump of today. When he loudly called for four members of Congress – women of color who oppose nearly all his initiatives and who have questioned his fitness for office – to go back to the places from which they came, he unleashed a torrent of hatred. The "Go back" trope was used by white racists toward African-Americans for 100 years, from Reconstruction to the civil rights era, suggesting repulsively that they should go "back" to Africa; never mind their American births. It was uttered by the establishment at my grandfathers and many others who came here from southern Europe as children in the early days of the last century. "Go back" is a rejection of the nation as a melting pot; a condemnation of one of America's founding values – E Pluribus Unum (Out of many, one). It implicates a racial or nativist superiority: We were here before you; this is our land, not yours; get out. Nativist hatred is an implication of moral or even legal superiority that has no constitutional justification in American government. Don't get me wrong. Even though hate speech – speech that expresses hatred for people, as opposed to hatred for ideas – stings and hurts, it is constitutionally protected. The remedy for hate speech is not to silence the hater but to shame him. And the most effective way to do that is with more speech. |
