Wolf i have seen many times where cops are on a power trip and think they are compltely in the right. I got pulled over when i was 20 and there were 13 cops on the interstate and me. they were running a drug corridor. i was coming home from working at walmart back when you couldnt have earrings tattoos and had to wear ties. Totally got harrassed by short little cop with a napolean complex. I cooperated and let them search my vehicle since i had nothing to hide. NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. but this affecting someones livelihood. The real question is how did it go public??? |

Almost immediately when I got out of my step father's vehicle at the time he wanted to search my step father's car. He asked me if it was alright to do so. I told him, "No." to stand up for my Fourth Amendment Rights. He tried to bully me into consenting but I stood my ground. Within about five minutes of this BS with him he finally told me, "Good day, sir!" and sauntered back to his patrol car and drove off. As for you, OP, yeah I fully understand why you more or less consented to letting your vehicle be searched by those thirteen cops. You were probably scared crapless at the time.
