I know someone like him that can read plans and as builts and magazine articles up to 4 pages and that's it. He is very successful but pays people to read anything lengthy or convoluted and parse it into small bullet point bites. I doubt Trump has cracked a book since his schooling.

Now after a Chinese bio weapons attack it makes perfect sense to have placed social media assets to take the heat off of China.
