They musta spent the past 80 days (being MIA) infusing him with some sort of 'cognitive enhancer' or something- Lol, I have always thought the whole 'dementia' thing was a ruse for some reason or other (maybe he knows better than to want to be POTUS? Maybe it's a 'deal' to keep him out of the gulag?) He might just realize it's time to start 'singing for his supper'- or it could be CGI (the camera doesn't change for the entire time he talks- no other people shown while he's running his suck-hole; the is most def. the tech. to accomplish this (just ask 'Mr. Snowden')).
