Re: SpaceX Launch of GPS III-3 Satellite
"The existing GPS II system is accurate, but GPS III is going to take things to a whole new level. The next generation of GPS is expected to be 3 times more accurate than existing GPS technology. That means the 5 to 10-meter accuracy you see now with existing GPS technology will be slashed to 1 to 3 meters. The signal also will be more powerful, allowing it to overcome annoying interference that degrades the signal.

What that means to you is your smartphone or other navigation device will be able to pinpoint your location with even more accuracy and reliability than before........"

Social distancing wont be as important now. Now 3 feet instead of 6 feet. Pardon me if I dont throw a party over this one.

Damn I missed it!

But I was not 'tardy' to the party, the flat earthers headers provided ample tardness for a good laugh at them despite their handicapped status.
.
There is an ancient Indian saying that something lives only as long as the last person who remembers it.

My people have come to trust memory over history. Memory, like fire, is radiant and immutable while history serves only those who seek to control it, those who would douse the flame of memory in order to put out the dangerous fire of truth.

Beware these men for they are dangerous themselves, and unwise. Their false history is written in the blood of those who might remember and of those who seek the truth. - Albert Hosteen

In the early days of gps wasn’t there a directive to deliberately offset the
Accuracy for civilian service? This was to deter rogue operatives using for targeting weapons. Know anything about that Mut?

Yes, that was called "Selective Availability." It was turned off temporarily during the first Gulf War and later a law was passed that turned it off all together. The block III doesn't include it at all. Scott Manley discussed the subject a few years ago in this video:

If you feel that way then get rid of your cell phone. The satellite can't track you, the app on your phone that looks at your position based on the GPS signals is what tracks you.

RFID tracking would probably be an easier solution for that use case.

Re: SpaceX Launch of GPS III-3 Satellite
just calling as I see em, and I just see more control by the powers that be over us grunts. At some point, when is enough, enough???? Do we really need sats to monitor us every time we take a dump? Hope I'm wrong, don't think I am. That said, I'm never down in the dumps cause I always believe people can pray/call in the Rod from God if necessary. I dont however, believe Musk and his satanic girlfriend are gonna save us. But go ahead and have your little....soiree
