Unwed mothers do have financial incentive to remain unwed. About 70% of black children are born to unwed mothers.

Don't have the exact stats, but many black kids grow up with no father.

It would be interesting to see how the Democrats are using the welfare system in order to help supplement and subsidize foreign terror networks that they have brought into country with their uncompassionate open borders policies.
