The Prophecies of the Great Warrior Crazy Horse: Read this and come to your own conclusions
Prophecy of Crazy Horse

Paha Sapa [the Black Hills]

This was passed on by Chief Joe Chasing Horse, a relative of the great Lakota warrior Crazy Horse. He translated it from the words of a grandmother who was present when the words were spoken.

This is a statement of Crazy Horse as he sat smoking the Sacred Pipe at Paha Sapa with Sitting Bull for the last time, 4 days before he was assassinated.

Many of these words are often repeated, but there is one line often left out, that of the “young white ones.”

I post this in honor of my Native American elders, including Grandfather Wallace Black Elk, Bear Heart and Sun Bear, who had the courage to fulfill this prophecy by passing on such beautiful Native teachings to the “young white ones” who came to them for help.

“Upon suffering beyond suffering; the Red Nation shall rise again and it shall be a blessing for a sick world.

A world filled with broken promises, selfishness and separations.

A world longing for light again.

I see a time of seven generations when all the colors of mankind will gather under the sacred Tree of Life and the whole Earth will become one circle again.

In that day there will be those among the Lakota who will carry knowledge and understanding of unity among all living things, and the young white ones will come to those of my people and ask for this wisdom.

I salute the light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells.

For when you are at that center within you and I am in that place within me, we shall be as one.”.

[Crazy Horse is my Grandfather, though I should be clear grandfather doesn't mean the same thing to us as it does to you, it means he came before me in the same bloodline]

I found this line particularly intriguing, it is interesting how Indians have always known about quantum physics and how we project our reality through our eyes (observation) manifesting energy into matter.

Re: The Prophecies of the Great Warrior Crazy Horse: Read this and come to your own conclusions
"Crazy Horse, the warrior, had a similar vision but his was a little more prophetic. He saw his people enter a great time of darkness. He also saw automobiles and airplanes (something not invented in his time) and also foretold of both world wars. In Crazy Horse’s vision he saw that after the last war (World War II?) his people would gradually start to come out of their darkness. He saw them begin to dance again under the Sacred Tree. To his amazement and astonishment he noticed that it was not just his own people dancing under the tree. There were members of all races of man dancing as brothers. Crazy Horse foresaw a time that the world would be healed and made whole again by all nations working together to make a better world.

There are many accounts of visions and prophecies across centuries of time by members of different Indigeneous People who lived on Turtle Island (North America). They all seem to foretell the same event with much the same outcome. After destruction and man’s disrespectful treating of our Mother Earth there will be a cleansing time and the birth of a new world where all races of man live together in harmony."

Mitakuye Oyasin means All of us are one

Strange,huh?

Unfortunately it only applies to Lakotah and it is not permitted for it to be appropriated by our white brothers unless they are themsleves "one". In other words it means all is one in the Lakotah world or plane of existence.

It does not mean the cop that killed George Floyd is one with us, or Donald Trump.

Those are just examples but you get the idea. It's kind of like what makes a person an ISRAELITE is their belief in a particular god and following his instructions.

You become one of us not by being born among us, too. Crazy Horse was part white, curly hair and face hair.

Re: The Prophecies of the Great Warrior Crazy Horse: Read this and come to your own conclusions
Tecumseh was very interesting , in that it is known he predicted the new Madrid Earthquake and an eclipse of the sun in the same week
----------------------------------------------------------

[link to indiancountrytoday.com (secure)]
Tecumseh’s successful mobilization of so many Natives proved to the United States that the war had not been won

This Date in Native History: Earthquakes and eclipses of the sun were among the deeds attributed to Tecumseh and his brother, but legends surrounding Tecumseh are as great as the truths, said Shawnee Second Chief Ben Barnes. “It is hard to know without proof or specific oral history just exactly what happened” on August 11, 1802 he said.

There is evidence that Tecumseh and his brother, Tenskwatawa, were prophets and visionaries who may have changed history had there been a little more help from the British, and more faith from certain tribes. As for help from the Creator, or “Master of Life,” the evidence follows.

Tenskwatawa was a victim of the times, with an intense longing for the ways of his childhood and a sense of hopelessness for the future. Lost in alcoholism, Tenskwatawa one day fell into a fire, and lived. Reborn into a spiritual fervor, he became known as The Prophet, declaring that the Master of Life had insisted that all ways associated with the white man must be abandoned.

Fed up with the ever encroaching, land stealing whites, Tecumseh took his brother’s prophecy and called for all Natives to unite as one people against the whites. More than 1,000 people from a variety of tribes joined Tecumseh, whose charismatic persona drew the respect and admiration of whites and Natives alike.

“He was part of the warrior division of his tribe,” Barnes said, describing Tecumseh as “a self-prescribed leader who became a war chief by assuming that mantle. Tecumseh said, ‘We will not continue moving west. We are going back to the old ways.’”

Romanticized by whites and described as having powerful medicine by his Native peers, historic documents describe Tecumseh as being “of commanding figure, nearly six feet tall and compactly built, dignified bearing and piercing eye, charitable in thought and action, brave as a lion, but humane and generous with all. An aboriginal American knight.”

Barnes reported that after Tecumsah saw the Shawnee burn Daniel Boone’s 14-year-old son, Tecumseh turned the tides toward a gentler society for his people. He was known to treat all people, men, women, enemies and prisoners, with justice and fairness.

Tecumseh’s successful mobilization of so many Natives proved to the United States that the war had not been won. In an attempt to discredit The Prophet, the government insisted that the Indians seek proof that he was supported by the Creator. They got it after the prophet called for a sunless sky, which arrived shortly after in the form of an extreme total eclipse.

Legend has it that Tecumseh went amongst the Creeks to join in the rebellion, but when they refused to join his confederacy, he threatened that if they did not enlist before he reached Detroit, he would stamp his feet three times and they would feel their houses shake down through Mississippi.

Whether legend or prophecy, his words played out on December 16, 1811, when the first of three earthquakes were said to have occurred when he reached Detroit. Named the New Madrid earthquakes for New Madrid, Missouri, the U.S. Geological Survey writes that the earthquake was close to 10 times stronger than the one that destroyed San Francisco in the late 1800s and shook the earth strong enough to alarm the general population over an area of 1,553,428 square miles. The massive quake caused such a major shift of seismic plates that it was said church bells rang out in Boston, sidewalks cracked in Washington, D.C., forests disappeared, lakes were created, villages were swallowed and for a few hours even the Mississippi River ran backwards.

I should mention there is a lot of evidence this prediction was actually made and came true simple by the fact that the dates match up. Tecumseh was in Detroit when the earthquakes and eclipse happened and the legend does not originate with Tecumseh himself but from a tribe which refused to ally with him.

This makes it doubtful they just made it up, Tecumseh said he would stamp his feet three times and there were three earthquakes.

Could it be bullshit?
Yeah.
But I wouldn't bet on it. Indian legends are not like white legends. Legends were just a way of passing down knowledge that was never recorded in a written language , which could be for one of several reasons.
Tecumseh failed because he hated the whites and his hate consumed him to the degree the creator did not agree with his plans, IMO. He intended to wipe them out and had he succeeded in doing what he set out to, HE WOULD HAVE..

I have read the prophecies of the Hopis , and I understand them probably to the same degree you do.

Indians believe we are in a loop or circle of time and there are ways to see both into the future and into the past.

It works for me. I am never surprised by what is coming nor confused by what is happening.

Ask me something. See if you can prove it isnt true.

The white Buffalo is Lakota Sioux. It's a complicated story.

The legend known as the White Buffalo Calf Woman concerns a situation where the people had lost the ability to communicate with the Creator. The Creator used the sacred White Buffalo Calf Woman to teach the People how to pray with the Pipe. With that Pipe, seven sacred ceremonial rituals were given to the people to abide in, in order to ensure a future with harmony, peace, and balance with nature and each other.

It's already happened, it's 2000 years in the past.

ALan Alda was funny as fuck on MASH but I swear sometimes that ego of his was too much to bear. And I don't mean the character, I mean the ACTOR.

He had to dominate every scene, did you notice that?

Hopi Blue Star or Blue Kachina Prophecy

"The Fourth World shall end soon, and the Fifth World will begin. This the elders everywhere know. The Signs over many years have been fulfilled, and so few are left.

"This is the First Sign: We are told of the coming of the white-skinned men, like Pahana, but not living like Pahana men who took the land that was not theirs. And men who struck their enemies with thunder.

"This is the Second Sign: Our lands will see the coming of spinning wheels filled with voices. In his youth, my father saw this prophecy come true with his eyes -- the white men bringing their families in wagons across the prairies."

"This is the Third Sign: A strange beast like a buffalo but with great long horns, will overrun the land in large numbers. These White Feather saw with his eyes -- the coming of the white men's cattle."

"This is the Fourth Sign: The land will be crossed by snakes of iron."

"This is the Fifth Sign: The land shall be criss-crossed by a giant spider's web."

"This is the Sixth sign: The land shall be criss-crossed with rivers of stone that make pictures in the sun."

"This is the Seventh Sign: You will hear of the sea turning black, and many living things dying because of it."

"This is the Eight Sign: You will see many youth, who wear their hair long like my people, come and join the tribal nations, to learn their ways and wisdom.

"And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease.

Hopi Elders pass warnings and prophecies from generation to generation through oral traditions and reference to ancient rock pictographs and tablets.
