What that says is that other groups did encroach and there were conflicts as with ALL native tribes around the world.

They used force to maintain their territorial integrity. Kinda like countries and borders don't you think? Claiming that there should be free movement between civilizations and lands is not how the native tribes lived and was not part of their teachings. In fact you specifically state that they did not allow such things.

So some claim that all the peoples will come together and live as one is not how the natives themselves lived.

Tribes had "standing armies" (warriors) in case they were attacked or others encroached on their lands just like today's nations have standing armies for the same reasons. Your people knew that humans were not perfect and they couldn't live in blissful peace without fear.
