If looked at from the angle the Affirmative Action Housing comes from it is a good move. All it does is buy up every empty house they can find, charge the renters the amount they can afford and charges the government to pay the rest of the rent which has been jacked up to twice if not four times the going rate. It's just a win win for the investors. What it does is drive up the cost of housing for the working stiff that can't compete. The poor will have homes to live in, the government builds housing divisions for them in areas. What this will do is create a fair market value on home ownership, and put the scamming Affirmative Action monopolies out of business and yes, even may make it possible for the less than wealthy to buy a home in certain circumstances.
