They need to do away with affirmative action jobs as well. I know here in Houston almost all of the county and state jobs are held by snotty black women who really don't want to do their job. The driver license bureau is full of lazy, snotty, indignant black women who act like you are nothing more than a pain in the ass. It's sickening. They don't deserve their jobs. Give them to people who want them and who will do a good job.
