I was on winmx downloading videos after the attacks. Planes most certainly hit the towers, they just didn't bring them down. As for the pentagon, that's a more clouded issue. I watched the second plane hit live on CNBC.

UA175 was flying low & flat as it approached floors 75 to 85 of the south face of the South Tower.
