I make my coffee by mixing hot water with the ground coffee in a quart Mason jar place a lid on it, and letting it soak for 6 minutes, or longer. Then strain it through a fine stainless steel strainer, which allows some fine particle of coffee grounds to pass through. Drink those fine particles with the coffee - it's great.

It's the best coffee, about the same as French press style of coffee.
