The Internet and any form of Social Media or media in general is Cancer! Change my mind!

I’ve deleted all social media not just deactivated it I mean permanently delete even though it’s obviously still out there somewhere but I can’t login to any past platforms.

Anyway I still feel the negative effects it had on me for the many years I used them.

Like anything it takes time to heal I guess or get sucked in further ending up an brain dead, zombie NPC.

Yes I know there are legit good people out there on some forums such as this one. I don’t know any others because this is literally the only one I check on from time to time.

What I’m trying to say is, go outside and just get away from technology for at least some part of your day. Live life and love and respect yourself and others.
