Take away the color of the people, the media and shit that is going on and look at it objectively like this.

2 women got in a heated argument inside a restaurant that they then carried outside until one of them pulled a gun and pointed it at the other.

Now do a search in the criminal database with color of the people ignored and it usually turns bad for the one that pulled the gun.

There was one case I came across where three people got in an argument, one got in his car and backed out and almost hit one of them. The one that was almost hit pulled out a gun and claimed self defense but it did not fly for him either. The car was already passed him when he pulled the gun.
